Signaal started operations in 1974 and today, it is the largest company in Estonia providing traffic management services and road safety solutions. The company’s diverse field of activity, ranging from traffic light systems and temporary traffic management to the construction of complex ITSs (Intelligent Transport Systems), covers the needs of even the most demanding road construction projects.
