Traffic signs

We are among the three largest sign manufacturers in Estonia. When travelling around the country, there is likely no one who has not come across signs produced by Signaal. We manufacture approximately 10,000 traffic signs and directional signs each year.

We are a partner for the Transport Administration, road construction companies, and private clients. We produce traffic signs in accordance with applicable standards.

As base materials for signs, we use plastic, galvanized steel sheet, or aluminium sheet. For reflective film, we use reflective films by the company Avery Dennison, which are durable and weather-resistant.

Our range also includes variable message (electronic) traffic signs. These allow the provision of real-time information and the adjustment of speed limits according to weather conditions and traffic flow.

In addition to manufacturing signs, we also offer installation and maintenance services.

Our traffic sign production is certified according to the standard EN 12899 ‘Fixed, vertical road traffic signs’. In production and installation, we follow the standard EVS 613 ‘Traffic signs and their installation requirements’.

Traffic sign installation and pricing

We install signs and directional boards permanently on posts concreted into the ground or on existing structures. If needed, signs can also be installed on movable concrete road barriers.

Upon request (e.g. for private orders), traffic signs can also be ordered without installation. In this case, we deliver the goods by courier or post.

Pricing depends on quantity and the client’s specific requirements.
