About the company
AS Signaal TM is a traffic management company operating since 1974 and one of the largest in its field in Estonia. We build and maintain traffic lights, manufacture and install traffic signs, and carry out road surface marking. We design and manage temporary traffic arrangements at construction sites and public events.
Traffic management is our core business – we serve sites across Estonia, and our clients include the Estonian Transport Administration, local authorities, road construction companies and private businesses.
