Electric car chargers

Electric vehicles are the future, and demand for new charging solutions keeps growing. We sell, install and maintain both smart and basic electric vehicle chargers, offering quality equipment in a range of power ratings, designs and applications.

Did you know that since 1 January 2025, every non-residential building with more than 20 parking spaces – shopping centres, office buildings, government institutions and schools – must have at least one EV charging point? If your building does not yet have one, we can help you meet the requirement.

EV chargers – which buildings do we provide charging solutions for?

  • Office buildings
  • Industrial buildings
  • Apartment buildings
  • Private houses

We have installed EV chargers for EuroPark, the Tammsaare Business Centre and Forus’s head office on Kadaka Road, among others.

Working with Forus’s qualified electricians, we can also help build the cabling network for EV charging. 2024. Forus built a cabling network for Viru Keskus that multiplied the centre’s EV charging capacity.

EV chargers and the required road markings

Our aim is to find each client the most efficient and convenient charging solution, balancing power capacity, chargers, infrastructure, installation work, current and future demand, and the investment involved. We work as a partner to building owners. Alongside installing the chargers, we can also provide the matching traffic signs and road markings.

EV chargers – what we take into account during installation

  • Whether there are enough parking spaces and how many users the charger will serve.
  • Buildings have a limited amount of available power (amperes).
  • Heritage protection requirements and complex terrain may impose restrictions.
  • What type of charger is needed, i.e. how quickly vehicles should be charged.
  • Whether I even need a charger myself or can charge the car at my workplace.
